    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • How do I get to the Training Centre?
    We operate out of two Portsmouth-based training hubs : Cosham and Southsea. To get to our Cosham hub: Unit C3 Oak Park industrial Estate North Harbour Road PO6 3TJ The nearest train station is Cosham, with a 22 minute walk The nearest Bus Stop is Cosham Health Centre, with a 19 minute walk To get to our Southsea Hub: Castle Field Clarence Esplanade Portsmouth PO5 3NZ The nearest train station is Fratton, with a 35 minute walk The nearest Bus Stop is The Circle, with a 5 minute walk It will be specified on your booking which training centre you need to attend.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

Refunds Policy: By registering, purchasing, accessing, or using our courses, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. Refunds for SIA courses are available within 24 hours of purchase, with a £100 admin and cancellation fee. Cancellation by Broadside Training results in a full refund. Rescheduling is allowed with 14 days' notice, subject to availability, and incurs a fee. Non-attendance results in no refund or a due and payable fee. No refunds or cancellations for discounted courses. Venue changes may occur with 24 hours' notice. Online reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late arrivals are not accepted, and unacceptable behavior results in exclusion with no refund. Failure to submit portfolio-based qualifications incurs a weekly fee or requires re-enrollment. Correct spelling on identity validation forms is mandatory to avoid administration costs.
